What we keep, why, and for how long.

This is a plain-language summary of how the product works today. It is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

This website

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers and we do not set tracking cookies on these pages.
Website chat. Messages you type to the assistant are processed by an AI service to produce replies and are kept for up to 90 days so we can review and improve the answers. Please do not type personal, case or operational information.
Contact and quote forms. The name, email, organisation and message you send are kept so that we can reply.
The demo. Demo books use made-up data and are deleted after a day.
Buying. An order keeps your name, email, organisation, plan and licence details. The shop is in test mode and takes no real payments yet.

Entries stay on your server. We do not receive them.
The daily licence check sends an installation ID, the version number and the number of users. It never sends entry content, names or passwords.
